Get in Touch
Preliminary Phone Call
We’ll talk about the scope of the project, project timeline and the design fee to see if we’re a good fit for you. If we are, we’ll schedule a time to visit your property and talk through your project with you. During this 20-30 minute in-person meeting, you can expect to talk through your project budget range and more detailed information regarding your vision for the project.
On-Site Visit
We’ll come to your property and spend about 20-30 minutes talking to you about what you have planned. We can even make some suggestions you may not have considered! We’ll do a walkthrough with you and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also take photos and measurements. If we need to do a design on your project, we’ll collect the design fee at this point. After this, we’ll get to work and email you a design within 5 days.
Design Plan Presentation
Within 5 days of your first on-site visit, you’ll receive your design via email or in-person delivery. We’ll spend some time talking the design over with you, discussing any revisions or changes that you’d like. If you have revisions, we can typically turn those around in a few days. In addition, we’ll spend some time discussing project costs so you will have all the information you need to make decisions going forward.
Contract Approval
Once we have a clear vision of your project, we can submit our finalized bid to you. At this point we’re happy to talk to you about any concerns you may have and answer any questions. Once you sign our agreement, we’ll accept an initial deposit to begin ordering materials and get you on our schedule!
An initial 10% deposit is required to secure your spot on our waiting list, 50% of the project total before we break ground, and the remainder upon project completion.
Installation & Work
We’ll arrive at your property on the agreed-upon start date ready to complete your project according to the plan we’ve established. Throughout your project, we’ll maintain consistent communication so that you always know where things stand and what will happen next.
We recognize that communication preferences differ among our clients so we always ask what method and level of communication you would like throughout the course of your project. While some customers choose to be left alone until they receive the final invoice once the project is complete, others prefer daily updates via text.
Final Walkthrough
Once your project is complete, one of our project supervisors will walk the property with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’ll also discuss care and maintenance packages so that you can enjoy your new product for many years to come!
